Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Hubcap Games' mobile application Cube Smasher and website. By downloading, installing, or using Cube Smasher, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

The Services are designed and made available for users across multiple age groups. Users are encouraged to review the applicable age classification information and usage guidelines provided at the time of downloading and using each specific Service. If a parent or legal guardian believes that the Services are not suitable for their child, they may contact us at contact@hubcapgames.com. Upon receipt of such a request, we will review the matter and take such actions as we deem appropriate in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

2. License to Use

Hubcap Games grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Cube Smasher for your personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms.

3. Intellectual Property

All content within Cube Smasher — including but not limited to graphics, game mechanics, sounds, music, code, and the Hubcap Games and Cube Smasher names and logos — is the exclusive property of Hubcap Games and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or software without our express written permission.

  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the application

  • Use cheats, bots, or automation tools

  • Impersonate other players or Hubcap Games staff

Cube Smasher may offer optional in-app purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Hubcap Games reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or remove any in-app items at any time.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Cube Smasher is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hubcap Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the app.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Cube Smasher at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
